Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar browser storage HoneyLulu (honeylulu.ai) uses and what each one does.

1. Summary

We use strictly necessary cookies only. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party scripts, and we do not sell or share browsing data. For that reason you see a short one-time notice rather than a consent banner: under GDPR and § 25 (2) TDDDG, storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you requested does not require consent.

2. Cookies we set

3. Storage in your browser

The following is kept in your browser’s local storage. It never reaches our servers and is removed when you clear your browser data:

hl-cookie-notice-v1 — remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice.
hl_legal_lang — your language choice on these legal pages.
hl-create-draft — the companion you are currently designing, so it survives a reload or sign-up.
honeylulu.guestthreads.v1 — the messages of a signed-out visitor, so a conversation is not lost on reload. It is transferred into your account if you sign up.
hl-studio-job — staff tool only; tracks a running render in the admin console.

4. Advertising

If you reached us through an advertisement, the click identifier contained in the link is stored with your account when you register, and the resulting sign-up or purchase is reported back to the advertising network from our server. This happens without any cookie, pixel or third-party script in your browser. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

5. Controlling cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the cookies listed above will stop you from signing in, and the age notice will reappear on every page.
