We want HoneyLulu to be safe and lawful. If you believe any content on this site is illegal, non-consensual, involves or appears to involve a person under 18, infringes your rights (for example your likeness or copyright), or otherwise violates our Terms of Service, please report it — we take every report seriously.

Every report is reviewed by us. Reports are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. If content is found to be illegal or in violation of our standards, it is removed immediately; where required, we also report it to the competent authorities. Possible outcomes include: no action (with explanation), removal of the content, and suspension or termination of the responsible account. We communicate the outcome of the review to the person who reported it.
If you disagree with the outcome of a review — including any person depicted in content who wants it removed — you can appeal by replying to our decision at contact@honeylulu.ai. Appeals are re-reviewed by us. Where a disagreement about consent cannot be resolved, we allow it to be resolved by a neutral body.
All companions and media on HoneyLulu are fictional and AI-generated; they do not depict real, identifiable persons, and our generation pipeline does not accept photos or names of real people. If you nevertheless believe that generated content resembles you or another real person, report it via contact@honeylulu.ai with a link to the content and, where possible, evidence of the resemblance. Such reports are prioritised: content confirmed to resemble a real, identifiable person without consent is removed, and the account that requested it may be terminated. Disagreements about consent can be escalated to a neutral body as described above.
