This policy explains how refunds work for purchases on HoneyLulu (honeylulu.ai). Purchases are processed by our payment provider; the provider’s name may appear on your card statement.
Purchases on HoneyLulu are digital content and digital services (credits and the features they unlock, such as generated images, videos and voice messages). Credits are delivered to your account immediately after payment and generated media is produced on demand.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (§ 356 (5) BGB and equivalent rules). Credits you have not yet received, or purchases where this consent was not given, remain covered by the statutory right of withdrawal.
Beyond the statutory rights above, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — for example for duplicate charges, technical failures on our side (you paid but credits never arrived), or generations that failed (note: failed generations are automatically refunded in credits). Contact us at contact@honeylulu.ai with the email address of your account and the approximate date of the charge. You can also contact our payment provider’s consumer support at Epoch Billing Support, which handles billing inquiries and refunds for its transactions.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster and without dispute fees. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
If and where subscriptions are offered, they can be cancelled at any time with effect for the next billing period — via your account page or by contacting contact@honeylulu.ai. Cancellation stops future charges; already-started periods remain usable until they end.
